- Estate content: beneficiaries, assets, documents, messages, recordings, and any content you choose to upload.
- Usage data: log events, device info, and product analytics (only with consent).

2. How we use information
To provide the service, generate AI assistance you request, secure your account, comply with law, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
Contract performance, legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention), legal obligations, and your consent for optional cookies and marketing.
4. Sharing
We share data only with vetted sub-processors who help operate the service (hosting, AI inference, email). We do not sell or rent your data. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
5. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where our sub-processors operate, under Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
6. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may export or delete it at any time via the Your Data page. Backups are purged on a rolling 30-day basis.
7. Your rights
- Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection (GDPR).
- Right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of sale/share (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell.
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Children
Will IQ is not intended for children under 18.

Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
